Description:
Life Explored is a counselling and lifeskills education practice. Counselling for individuals includes coaching for improving personal motivation, recovery from grief, anger management, selfesteem building, overcoming anxiety and relationship separation issues. Also, we offer relationship counselling and mediation for couples as well as premarriage education programmes. We teach a number of lifeskills programmes through the Macquarie and Parramatta Community Colleges. The programmes cover topics such as building selfesteem, anger management, dealing with negative thinking, conflict resolution, relating to people who frustrate you and overcoming grief and loss. These programmes are also available as interactive eBooks on CD Roms.
