Social Clubs

Muirfield is a members golf course, providing golfing and recreational facilities for all levels of golfing ability.

Muirfield Golf Club provides that rare opportunity for the social player to enjoy the challenge of regularly playing on a course of this standing. As well, social players are able to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and amenity of the clubhouse, catering, and bar facilities.

On the course, fairways and greens are maintained to the high standard required by the better courses in Sydney. It is well bunkered with tree lined fairways and water hazards to test every standard of golfer.

Tee times are restricted but are usually available on most days in the afternoon and at other times during holiday periods. On some days early morning times are available.

Social Club Green Fee Structure

 Booking Conditions

  • A fixed deposit for all social clubs which will be carried over for future bookings unless specifically required by the social club to be refunded after the booking, this will assist with administration of the clubs and reduce the cost of being a regular at Muirfield for those clubs that have to maintain deposits at multiple clubs. The fixed deposit will be $50.
  • A flat discounted rate for taking up a vacancy at short notice to assist with filling available timeslots within 6 months. The rate will be $45 per head for any group that takes up a short notice vacancy.
  • A ‘no shows’ buffer zone of up to four players within which the pro shop has the option of not applying the ‘charge as booked’ requirement for regular customers.
  • The green fee rate payable is calculated using the actual number of players on the day regardless of the number of players booked.
